NORTHGLENN, Colo.—Police have detained a 13-year-old boy after an explosion in a restroom forced the evacuation of Northglenn Middle School.
Police say no one was injured in the small blast Wednesday morning, and students later returned to class.
The boy was taken into custody for investigation of attempted first-degree arson.
Investigators didn’t immediately determine what exploded.
