Colorado Springs police arrested a man suspected of stealing quarters out of coin operated washing machines at an apartment complex this morning.
Around 12:30 a.m., officers were called to the Sierra Point apartment complex at 3150 Van Teylingen Drive, after a resident spotted a man in one of the laundry rooms, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department’s blotter.
Officers arrived and arrested Sean Peralta.
Peralta is suspected of breaking into four machines before officers arrived at the complex.
He faces one charge of third-degree burglary.
