NEW YORK — Federal regulators say metal tissue holders contaminated with low levels of radioactive material may have been distributed to Bed Bath & Beyond stores in more than 20 states. A Nuclear Regulatory Commission spokesman says the company has pulled the Dual Ridge Metal boutique tissue holder from stores. He says there’s no threat to human health but it’s better to avoid unnecessary exposure to cobalt-60.
