A 35-year-old man with developmental disabilities who was missing from Littleton has been found and is safe, authorities said today.
Norman Espinoza, who was reported missing on Thursday from near West Bowles Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard, has turned up unharmed, according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.
