COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Colorado Springs police have arrested a man after his car caught fire following a hit-and-run accident.
Police say the driver hit two pedestrians early Friday, drove away and hit a light pole. They said the driver was forced to stop after he drove on before realizing his car was on fire.
Police arrested 23-year-old Kellen Kostka near the car fire. The charges pending against Kostka were not available.
Police say they believe alcohol was a factor in the accident.
