DaVita said Wednesday it has acquired controlling interest in Nephro- Life, a Bangalore, India-based kidney-care company.
DaVita had previously held a minority investment in NephroLife. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
NephroLife operates nine clinics in India, offering a range of nephrology care, including dialysis and vascular surgery.
