The woman deemed a “person of interest” in the Jan. 8 Circle K robbery by Boulder police has contacted authorities and is no longer considered a suspect
Through the public and media’s assistance, the woman came forward after her photo was released and has cooperated fully with investigators.
Meanwhile the gender of the real suspect remains unknown.
The reports varied on the suspect’s gender and height. The suspect is said to have been wearing a hoodie that covered his or her face.
The suspect is described as:
Broad shoulders
Dark eyes, wearing eyeshadow
Wearing boot-cut jeans with a hole or tear in the left knee
Long black gloves
Black fabric shoes
High-pitched voice
Police are still seeking information on the robbery, which occurred at the Circle K business in the 3000 block of 28th Street. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Kristin Weisbach at 303-441-4474.
