The Colorado Bureau of Investigation audit of the Colorado Springs police vice squad concluded there were no violations of law or policy in an liquor investigation at a Hooters restaurant, the Gazette reports.

The report, released by the city of Colorado Springs late Friday, also said the officers “did not provide any inaccurate or untruthful testimony in court or administrative hearings.”

In September, the city attorney’s office dismissed the alleged liquor code violation against Hooters after a lawyer for Hooters produced a video that he said disputes the detectives’ assertions in a police report.

Police denied they misled officials about allegations that they were drinking alcohol during the sting.
