LOS ANGELES — A co-founder of the popular frozen-yogurt chain Pinkberry has pleaded not guilty to beating a homeless man with a tire iron.

City News Service said 47-year-old Young Lee was arraigned Monday in the June 15 beating that broke a man’s forearm and cut his head.
