SAN ANTONIO — An attorney for one of nine groups suing to block electoral redistricting maps drawn up by Texas’ Republican-led Legislature said negotiations have stalled.
Luis Vera, who represents the League of United Latin American Citizens, said Monday that he wouldn’t bet on a deal getting done in time to keep Texas’ April 3 primaries from being delayed again. They were originally scheduled for March.
