A 73-year-old man died in El Paso County today when he was pinned between a vehicle and a trailer.
At about 7:40 a.m. a resident of eastern El Paso County called authorities to report that her neighbor was trapped between two vehicles on his property in the 36000 block of Corona Road, according to an El Paso County Sheriff’s Office media release.
When emergency help arrived they found the victim unresponsive, trapped between a trailer and a vehicle. He died at the scene.
The neighbor told investigators she had become concerned for the man after she could not reach him by telephone for the past day.
There were no signs of foul play, the sheriff’s office said.
An autopsy has been scheduled. The case remains under investigation.
