  • Because of incorrect information provided by a source, a story on Page 2B on Tuesday misstated the size of a proposed Sunflower Farmers Market on East Colfax Avenue relative to a Sunflower on West 38th Avenue. The new market is proposed at 26,000 square feet, about 2,000 square feet smaller than the other store. Also, the story was incorrect in its description of the required City Council vote. Because 20 percent of property owners within 200 feet of the proposed development objected to a zoning change on three parcels, at least 10 of 13 council members had to vote in favor of rezoning.
