Winter Words with Ann Patchett. The Aspen Writers’ Foundation presents the Winter Words series on Tuesday. Author Ann Patchett will present some of her writings, thoughts and experience to the audience at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 general admission or $10 for students and educators. or 970-925-3122
Copper Uncorked. The first Copper Uncorked Winter Wine Festival will take place Friday through Feb. 12. This event is a celebration of fine wine, food and winter recreation. There will be wine and beer tastings, gourmet food, and early-bird ski access for Uncorked ticket holders. Ticket prices vary.
