Denver Water said a main break at Federal Boulevard and 45th Avenue was repaired just before 9 p.m. and normal traffic has resumed..
Repairs also are underway on a 16-inch water main at Tamarac Drive and Kenyon Avenue/Rosemary Way.
One lane of Tamarac Drive is open, and flag crews are directing north- and southbound traffic. Denver Water said 17 homes are without service, although service is expected to be restored by 10:30 p.m.
All repairs are expected to be complete by 11 p.m.
