PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo.—A hearing to determine whether the last of three Air Force Academy cadets charged with sexual misconduct will be court-martialed has been postponed.
An Article 32 hearing had been scheduled Tuesday for Robert M. Evenson Jr. at Peterson Air Force Base. No new date has been announced.
Evenson is charged with rape. The academy announced the charge in January along with sexual misconduct charges against two other cadets stemming from unrelated incidents between February 2010 and May 2011.
No decisions have been made on whether those cadets will be court-martialed.
