COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—El Paso County authorities say three children are safe after two people were found dead in a home following reports of a shooting.
Sheriff’s spokesman Sgt. Mike Schaller says three children age 10 and under were in the home but were not harmed.
The two victims were not identified and the cause of death was not disclosed.
According to the Colorado Springs Gazette ( ), the children were placed in the custody of the Department of Human Services.
