DENVER—Denver police have arrested two people suspected of selling Spice, or synthetic marijuana, to the public, including students at East High School.

Police say they seized about 12 pounds of Spice and more than $36,000 from a store near the school this week.

Store owner Maher Awad and store clerk Abdelilah Dehry have been arrested on suspicion of selling synthetic cannabinoids.
