COLORADO SPRINGS — Stellar Restaurant Solutions, a Colorado Springs-based call center business that takes delivery and takeout orders for restaurants, has been enjoying stellar growth — and that means jobs for the Springs.
Stellar employs approximately 250, up from 50 or so a year ago. It plans to double that, to 500, this year. Further expansion, the company says, could bring as many as 2,000 more jobs in the next year and a half.
Stellar will also tout at a news conference Monday that it is keeping its corporate headquarters in Colorado Springs after considering other cities including Dallas and Phoenix.
