LOVELAND – — McWhinney has sold 8 acres of land in Centerra to a company that describes its project with words not often seen together — “upscale” and “self-storage.”
Fort Collins-based GreenTree Enterprises will build Self-Storage @ Centerra, a 780-unit self-storage facility, at the northwest corner of East 37th Street and Rocky Mountain Avenue, just south of Constant Contact.
Site preparation will start this month, according to Ron Kuehl, McWhinney vice president of real estate. Work on the 13 buildings should begin by the end of March, said Tom Beshore of GreenTree, with leasing on the units available in June and all construction completed in October. Read more at:
