COLORADO SPRINGS — Jaden Schwartz had three goals and Tim Hall two as Colorado College beat Michigan Tech 5-2 on Friday night in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association.

Rylan Schwartz and Andrew Hamburg had two assists each for CC (17-14-2, 14-12-1), which improved to 2-5-1 in its last eight games.

Josh Thorimbert had 26 saves for the Tigers, who outshot the Huskies 41-28.

Michigan Tech (14-17-4, 11-12-4) got goals from Daniel Sova and Bradley Stebner, and Josh Robinson had 36 saves.

Elsewhere: In other WCHA games, Wisconsin routed front-running Minnesota 4-1, North Dakota beat Minnesota State 4-2 and St. Cloud State beat Minnesota Duluth 2-1.
