Two women who reported to police in Fort Collins that they believed they were drugged, had items stolen from them and were possibly raped, have now been arrested and face multiple felony charges.
Lynnea Dawn Graves, 36, and Jada Simone Holloway, 32, both face charges of extortion and attempting to influence a public official, according to a Fort Collins Police Department media release.
Graves and Holloway had reported to police on Jan. 16 that they attended a Baby Bash concert at the Phaze bar in Loveland the day before and that they didn’t recall anything after leaving the show until waking up in a hotel room.
Hotel surveillance images showed the woman checking in to the hotel with three men at about 1:30 a.m., police said.
Investigators identified the three men, interviewed them and “determined the parties had engaged in consensual sexual activity,” police said.
The Larimer County District Attorneys office reviewed the case and determined “there was not probable cause to charge the men with sexual assault.”
Warrants were issued for Graves and Holloway and the women turned themselves in to Loveland Police on Wednesday.
Holloway also faces a charge of criminal tampering with evidence.
Details on the alleged crimes comitted by the pair were not released.
