Two men face criminal charges after they allegedly kidnapped a 16-year-old girl at gunpoint in Colorado Springs, authorities report.
Miguel Jimenez, 25, has been charged with kidnapping. Alan Mendoza-Para, 19, has been charged with accessory to kidnapping.
The Colorado Springs police officers responded around 3 a.m. to calls of a disturbance near an apartment complex at 830 Chapman Dr.
By 10:34 a.m., they’d tracked down the suspects and the girl, who suffered minor injuries.
