Denver’s Bobby Brown picked up another X Games gold medal Thursday, winning the ski slopestyle event at Winter X Games Tignes in France.
Brown, who has six X Games medals, scored 95 points on his second run in the ski slopestyle event.
“This whole year has been kind of crazy,” said Brown, who last won slopestyle at Aspen in 2010. “I haven’t been skiing the way I wanted. I just wanted to have a good time and ski with my friends, and that showed today. It’s an awesome end to the contest year.”
Brown beat Tom Wallisch, who won the event at the Winter X Games 2012 in Aspen in January. Wallisch’s best run was 93.33 points.
