The driver of an SUV died this morning after the vehicle rolled on a Denver area highway.
The single-vehicle crash happened at about 2:35 a.m. in the northbound lanes of I-225 just south of Parker Road, said Trooper Nate Reid
A passenger in the 1995 Chevrolet Tahoe was taken to an area hospital with minor injuries.
The northbound lanes of the highway were closed for several hours. The highway reopened at about 6:45 a.m., according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
The driver in the crash has not been identified.
