All Denver city and county offices will be closed today for the second of five furlough days of the year. Most offices also will be closed Monday in observance of Cesar Chavez Day.

The Denver Zoo will remain open as well as all agencies that operate 24 hours a day, such as the Police, Sheriff and Fire departments. All four Denver County Motor Vehicle offices will remain open today but will be closed for the holiday Monday. Parking at meters will be free Monday until 11:59 p.m., but not today.

Trash, recycling and compost will be picked up today but will not be picked up Monday. Pick-up services will be delayed one day next week.
