A tip led Weld County Sheriff’s Deputies to a home in Severance Wednesday night. Deputies found two fugitives who had eluded law enforcement during a high-speed chase throughout the county Monday.

Deputies had set up surveillance of the residence.

Donald Rheubottom, 40, of Berthoud and Jessica Hornback, 33, of Fort Collins were found hiding in a closet in the home, and a police dog found Jesse Malouff, 33, of Littleton, in the basement, the Weld County Sheriff’s Department said this afternoon.

Amy Elizabeth Reynolds, 31, of Loveland was with Malouff is in the basement, the Sheriff’s Department stated.

Records show Reynolds was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer, but the charge has since been amended to disorderly conduct/offensive gesture. She does not have a record of serious offenses, as do the others.

Rheubottom was sentenced to two years in state prison after pleading guilty to drug possession in April 2011, court records show.

He was wanted on a parole violation and numerous charges of identity theft. Hornbeck also faces numerous charges of identity theft.

Malouff has had an outstanding arrest warrant since January alleging motor vehicle theft in Loveland. His arrest history includes kidnapping and assault in 2010, for which he was sentenced to two years of probation.
