Goldyn and One of 99are teaming up at 5:30 p.m. April 3 for “Adorn,” a party at a private home in Denver where guests can shop for spring jewelry, clothing and accessories and have a portion of the proceeds donated to a good cause. The organization One of 99 offers art-education programs for local youths through Denver Public Schools and the Boys & Girls Clubs. “Art education is near and dear to my heart, and it’s one of the first things that gets cut from school programs,” says Vanessa Barcus, owner of Goldyn. Among the designer lines being featured are Andrea Li, Grey Sunshine, Epice, Rebecca Minkoff and Iro. An auction and door prizes, cocktails, wine, hors d’oeuvres and dessert are included in the ticket prices of $25 in advance and $40 at the door.
