DENVER—U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Regina Benjamin is inviting the public to take a walk for health.
She was in Denver on Wednesday, as the Colorado Center for Health and Wellness at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus sponsored a one-mile walk. The walk was held to observe National Public Health Week.
KUSA-TV in Denver reports ( ) Benjamin says Americans need to put the joy back in the way people look at exercise and diet.
