ROGGEN, Colo.—The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating after a 28-year-old Commerce City man got caught in plastic covering used to clean corn silos.

The Weld County Coroner’s Office identified the victim Thursday as Andres Ramirez.

According to the Greeley Tribune ( ), the man was rolling up a sheet of plastic when his arm apparently got caught in a spool and pulled him in.
