COMMERCE CITY, Colo.—Commerce City police are asking for volunteers to search for a body at an Arapahoe County landfill, but they won’t say why.
Police refused to say if they are searching for 7-month-old Torrey Brown Jr. after his mother, Sharrieckia Page, was arrested March 30, a day after she reported her infant son missing,
Page has been charged with child abuse resulting in death and is being held at the Adams County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
According to KMGH-TV ( ), Commerce City police and the FBI have conducted two other searches at the landfill in recent weeks without success.
