DENVER—A man accused of fatally stabbing a Denver woman at her home last summer has received a life sentence.

Jurors convicted 54-year-old Roberto Santisteven on Friday of second-degree murder, first-degree felony murder and second-degree burglary. He was immediately sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Santisteven was accused of stabbing 32-year-old Crystal Crespin last August after entering her apartment in violation of a restraining order. Neighbors who heard her screaming detained Santisteven until police officers arrived.
