A man threatened employees of the Silver Mine Subs shop with a handgun during a robbery in Loveland late last night, but left without getting any money, authorities say.

The man, described as being in his 20s, about 6 feet tall, slender with blue eyes, fled the area in a silver sedan, according to a news release.

The suspect was wearing sunglasses, black jeans, a white t-shirt and a black hooded sweatshirt with a white logo on the back.

The robbery happened at 11:10 p.m. at 1430 W. Eisenhower Blvd. No one was hurt during the robbery.
