FORT COLLINS, Colo.—Fort Collins and Loveland officials are considering bans on oil and gas drilling within city limits.
City councilmen in both communities will consider limits on drilling at meetings on Tuesday.
According to the Fort Collins Coloradoan ( ), officials are worried that they might not be prepared for well accidents and any evacuations that might be needed.
