CRAIG, Colo.—The Moffat County Commission has chosen an assistant county attorney for Logan County to be the new Moffat County attorney.
The Craig Daily Press reports ( ) the commission extended an offer Tuesday to Rebecca Tyree, who has accepted. She is replacing Jeremy Snow, whose last day is June 1. He has said he is resigning to move closer to family in Utah.
Tyree isn’t completely new to Moffat County. The county had given Tyree a contract to help with cases of the county Department of Social Services when there was too much work for one person to handle.
