The Iliff School of Theology has announced the departure of its president, which was effective Wednesday.
In a news release dated Thursday, the school said that David Trickett, who has been president since 2006, would be replaced on an interim basis by Albert Hernandez, who has been chief operating office since January. Hernandez is also dean of the faculty and associate professor of the history of Christianity. He has been on the faculty since 2001.
Trickett was the graduate theological school’s 13th president.
