BOULDER, Colo.—Prosecutors in Boulder say no charges will be filed against a resident who shot and wounded a woman who entered his home before dawn.
The Daily Camera reports ( ) prosecutors are still deciding whether to file charges against the 21-year-old University of Colorado student.
Officials say preliminary tests indicate her blood-alcohol level was above 0.20 when she entered the home around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday. The man said she ignored orders to leave and a warning that he had a gun. The man told police he fired after she kept advancing toward him and his wife.
