Emergency crews have reopened the Manitou Incline after rescuing a 13-year-old boy who fell near the bailout route to Barr Trail.
The popular hiking spot was closed for about two hours while the Manitou Springs Fire Department and the Crystal Park Volunteer Fire Department worked to bring the boy down.
