The National Hod Rod Association’s Mile-High Nationals at Bandimere Speedway will be the biggest auto-racing event on the Front Range, with the midsummer classic entering its 33rd year. Just north of Bandimere is the motocross venue at Thunder Valley, which hosts its national event a couple of weeks earlier this year. Notable motorsports events this summer:
June 1-2: AMA Pro Motocross National, Thunder Valley
July 8: 90th Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, Pikes Peak Highway
July 20-22: 33rd Mopar Mile-High Nationals, Bandimere Speedway
July 28: K&N Pro Series West, 150-lap event at Colorado National Speedway
