Trail Ridge Road, the highest continuous paved road in the United States, reopening at 9 this morning, according to Rocky Mountain National Park spokeswoman Kyle Patterson.
The road was closed Wednesday because of snow and adverse driving conditions.
Because weather conditions can change rapidly in the spring, RMNP visitors are encouraged to call the park’s recorded Trail Ridge Road telephone line at 970-586-1222 to check the status of the road.
