GREELEY, Colo.—A former Greeley firefighter accused of distributing copies of firefighter certification exams for test takers to study in advance has pleaded guilty to second-degree official misconduct.
Roger Moore pleaded guilty Thursday and was sentenced to a year of probation. He also was ordered to perform 80 hours of community service and pay $184.50 in court costs.
Prosecutors say Moore was the proctor for a state firefighter certification exam in April 2011 when he distributed copies of a previous test for his students to study in violation of state testing policies.
