A bear was hit and killed on Interstate 25 Thursday morning.
The age, gender and size of the bear has not been confirmed yet by Colorado Parks and Wildlife.
The bear was found near mile marker 178 in between Castle Rock and Tomah Road.
There is no report on who or what struck the bear, but State Patrol is investigating.
