In a meeting of teams coming off playoff seasons, the Nuggets will play the Los Angeles Clippers in an Oct. 6 preseason game at the Mandalay Bay Events Center inside the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. It’s the first time a preseason NBA game will be played on the Las Vegas strip (the league played its All-Star Game in Las Vegas in 2007). The Clippers announced the game Monday on their website. Tickets are priced at $150, $100, $75, $50 and $25, not including service charges and taxes, and go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. Tickets will be sold at Ticketmaster locations in Las Vegas.
