• Because of a reporting error, a report on Page 15A Wednesday incorrectly described the decline in foreign investment in the United States. The U.S. share of foreign investment dropped from 41 percent to 18 percent over the past decade. The report also incorrectly characterized the status of The Global Investment for American Jobs Act bill. It has been introduced.
