The National Association for Retail Marketing Services will relocate its headquarters to Broomfield by July 10.

Executive Director Tom Caddell said the move from Stevens Point, Wis., is part of the initiative to make the association more accessible to its members and improve its marketing and branding strategies.

Colorado “has more amenities, it has more technology and it allows us to connect with our members better,” Caddell said.

NARMS is an international association that provides services to its members including educational programs, retail-related services and accreditation and certification processes.

Caddell said, when the time comes, the association plans to work with different companies to improve their services, redesign their website and make the association more visible.

“We’re going to be very robust with our strategic planning,” he said.

Caddell said Colorado made sense because of its central location and the availability of talent.

The association’s new headquarters will be at: 2095 W. 6th Ave. Suite 213 in Broomfield.
