BOULDER — Kansas’ starting quarterback from last season might be Colorado’s starting quarterback this fall. That became possible this past weekend when Jordan Webb told the Lawrence (Kan.) Journal-World he was transferring to CU, a move that had been rumored for months. Transfers usually must wait a season before playing, but an exception is when they have already graduated, which Webb has at Kansas. He redshirted at KU as a true freshman and has two years of eligibility with CU. Webb played all 12 games for the Jayhawks in 2011, completing 179-of-281 passes (64 percent) for 1,884 yards and 13 TDs. The Denver Post
