Want to become smitten with a kitten? Get up to date on cat clicker training and play therapy? Or just see former Boulderite in person?
All that and more is on the agenda at July 14. Fees to adopt cats older than 7 months old drop to $10, and the first 500 attendees to get their CatFest punch card clawed at every vendor booth will get a goodie bag, as will the first 100 to adopt cats. There will be free activities for kids including face painting, games and crafts. CatFest hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 2080 S. Quebec St.; Galaxy will be there from noon to 3 p.m. The $10 adoption special is good at all of the league’s shelters, including its mobile Pet Care-avan, through July 31.
