The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for central Larimer County effective until 4 p.m.
The warning does not include the High Park fire burn area, but residents there were told to remain alert.
A storm has parked itself near Rustic, the weather service said, and between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain had fallen between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
