Lafayette-based Sartori Inspirations has acquired Blue Moose of Boulder, a specialty food company.
Blue Moose’s product line includes hummus, salsa, dips and pestos. Sartori Inspirations said that the Blue Moose line will join Ciolo and Piccolo as the third brand the company sells.
