GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.—Mesa County coroner’s officials say a man who drowned while fishing in the Colorado River had a blood-alcohol level of .408.

The Daily Sentinel reports () 44-year-old Steven L. Ball drowned Saturday. The homeless man’s death has been ruled an accident.
