BOULDER, Colo.—The Boulder Reservoir swim beach has reopened.
The beach closed last Thursday after parks and recreation officials detected high levels of bacteria. Officials say the problem may have been due to heavy rain.
City officials said the beach reopened Tuesday following clean test results.
